Everyone was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fairly clean and had very very helpful staff. I had central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the impeccably clean room. I loved the breakfast food available in the bar. The venue was in a great location, in the middle of jackson.

The late night check-in was smooth and efficient.

The shower in our room had visible mold and grime. There was little to no breakfast available when we arrived, and the quality of what was offered was far from satisfactory. I also experienced billing issues that left me frustrated and feeling scammed. After having to verify payments with my bank, I felt completely unwelcome and uncared for by the staff.

Got a nice upgrade to a room with two queen beds instead of just one twin bed. The late night check-in was smooth, and parking was easy. Breakfast was decent too. A good value for what we paid.

The Queen Suite with two beds was perfect for my family, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere while gathering for a movie night. There’s a lovely pool area for swimming and a fitness room for workouts that really helped us unwind. One minor issue was the breakfast offerings, which could use a little more variety, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

The late check-in was smooth and friendly , made it great after a long drive. I was surprised by how clean the lobby was, it really set the tone for the rest of our stay and my kids loved the pool area.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The rooms felt clean, with surprisingly comfortable beds. Especially the friendly reception. Breakfast options were tasty and satisfying, a hidden gem.

It was just an optimal selection for a transient stop in Waller with definitely value for money. The shower worked well and provided much-needed relaxation after a long day on the road. Try to check the breakfast timing for better selections.

The kitchenette in the queen suite provided great convenience , especially for a couple. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with delicious homemade Belgian waffles, warm eggs, and well-prepared sausage. There were areas for improvement, such as soundproofing between rooms, limited parking spaces, and inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity.

The location here is great for first-time visitors, with everything within easy reach, including a lovely bar for breakfasts.

I simply adored the cozy armchairs in the lobby, they were so inviting and perfect for resting my weary bones after a day of exploring. the hotel's wide hallways made it easy for me to navigate with my walker, and the seating areas scattered around were a pleasant bonus. It made me feel right at home.

More grab bars in the bathroom for us older ladies.

Everything here was top-notch! 🌟 Parking was conveniently close, the room was sparkling clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful if you had any questions. Great experience overall!
