Unfortunately, my stay was marred by multiple issues. The shower in our room had visible mold and grime, making it feel unclean and uninviting. Additionally, there was little to no breakfast available when we arrived, and the quality of what was offered was far from satisfactory. I also experienced billing issues that left me frustrated and feeling scammed. after having to verify payments with my bank, I felt completely unwelcome and uncared for by the staff.

Got a nice upgrade to a room with two queen beds instead of just one twin bed. The late night check-in was smooth, and parking was easy. Breakfast was decent too. A good value for what we paid.

The Queen Suite with two beds was perfect for my family, and we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere while gathering for a movie night. There’s a lovely pool area for swimming and a fitness room for workouts that really helped us unwind. One minor issue was the breakfast offerings, which could use a little more variety, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

The late check-in was smooth and friendly which made it great after a long drive. I was surprised by how clean the lobby was, it really set the tone for the rest of our stay and my kids loved the pool area.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for the experience we had.

It was just an optimal selection for a transient stop in Waller with definitely value for money. The shower worked well and provided much-needed relaxation after a long day on the road. Try to check the breakfast timing for better selections.

The kitchenette in the queen suite provided great convenience during the stay, especially for a couple. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with delicious homemade Belgian waffles, warm eggs, and well-prepared sausage. However, there were areas for improvement, such as soundproofing between rooms, limited parking spaces, and inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity.
